    your phone number (in case we have questions)
    choose the date you want to come to supper from the drop down menu
    choose the appropriate number of reservations for each age group
    use the additional message box to cancel a reservation or tell us anything else we need to know about your reservation
    when you have entered in all your information, click on the submit button

    If you make a mistake you may press the reset button to clear all information and start over.

    All reservations must be submitted by 12:00 Noon on Tuesday (the date before the reservation.)
