We not only celebrate this grace in our worship on Sundays at 10:00 AM, but in our relationships with one another and with the community God has placed us in for over 228 years. We hope as you look around our website you will see all the ways in which the Holy Spirit is alive and living amongst this family of faith.
SUNDAYS
Sunday School Class begins at 9:00 AM. Children's Sunday School is held in Room 202 of the Educational Building. Adults meet in Room 200 of the Educational Building. Morning Worship Service is at 10:00 in the Church Sanctuary
WEDNESDAYS
Our Wednesday Evening Gift Program has resumed with a study of Moses written by Adam Hamilton, "Moses: In the Footsteps of the Reluctatn Prophet". On Wednesday evenings we enjoy a time of good food and fellowship beginning at 5:30 PM and ending at 7:00 PM. Fellowship continues after the meal with our study and activities that are fun for all ages Past activities have included making laundry detergent for our "Suds of Love" ministry, making Chrismons to decorate our Chrismon tree, guest speakers --- a time of learning, sharing, or completing a mission project. Whatever the program consists of, we are always Growing In Faith Together!
CHILDREN
Presbyterians believe children bring special gifts to worship and to the congregation as we journey together in our faith. Bethpage's Children's Ministry includes worship and education opportunities --- nursery, Sunday School, "Time with the Children" during the Worship Service, Children's Worship, Wednesday evening activities, acolytes, and worship education. As our church grows, so do our children's ministries and we seek to provide special ways for children to grow in their faith and in their understanding of God's love through service to others. We invite you to join us as we celebrate our journey of faith together!
YOUTH
Youth have always been a vital part of Bethpage Presbyterian Church. The Church is called to nurture the spiritual lives of everyone, no matter how young or old. We seek to create an environment where young people feel accepted and nurtured in their faith. It is a vital mission of the church to assist our young people in building meaningful relationships by engaging in spiritual practices. We offer youth groups, service opportunities, and many other activities for youth. In addition, our younger members are included in the leadership of the church, as they are participants in committee work, with a voice in the programs and mission of the church in general.
ADULTS
Fellowship, love, and support are the marks of our relationship as Christian adults. BPC has developed a strong support network, including education classes and social groups, that welcomes you and will give you a "home" for the years ahead.
